Unfortunately, I was unable to attend my first scheduled internship on October 20th. I came down with a common cold and was very disappointed. The excitement of starting my internship was the highlight of my week, and I was upset that life got in the way. However, all is well now! I have rested, fully recovered, and am hoping to reschedule a time to go into the Tower as soon as possible. I have been communicating with my mentors on and off for the last week, and I may have a chance to go in for a good portion of the day on November 3rd, I’m hoping that all works out with everyone’s schedules and I will give more updates as soon as I have them!
